swift transportation wrongful termination, made me pay for truck repairs, cheated me out of mileage pay channelview texas

this company has completely screwed me around, i was involved in a bad wreck which im lucky to be alive, it was due to faulty equipment and no fault of mine, . i was in canada once and truck had completely froze up in sub zero temps , on road would not answer their phone i called all day. had to be towed to a freightliner shop to be fixed in which they fixed everything, 2000.00 worth of repairs and swift tried to make me pay for them by not paying me for my trips, that is their rig and responsibility for pay repairs, we had to raise hell to get my money and only got half of it back, they fired me after wreck , put me on a greyhound bus back to texas , didnt care if i was hurt or not . this company owes me 1000.00 plus unemployment i should have got
