TD INSURANCE Sold credit insurance under false sales tactic and denyed critical illness claim Cobourg on ontario

I have had loan/credit insurance for many years (critical illness).

I had a heart failure long term illness arise. Upon claim application my situation was not classified as critical illness to their standards.

I have been off work for 1 complete year and the stress of having to try and fight them is large which is not an acceptable thing to have upon heart issues. repeated attempts did not resolve anything.

I have paid approx $50.00 per month for approx 20 yrs. now i wish to cancel after difficulty of contacting themand still wishing to cease payments which are  still on going for a service which through investigation within the industry TD insurance only pays out on 1% of claims.

I have been horrified on the poor actions and misrepresentation of the insurance hidden details, terible customer service and complete theivery on the working poor.
