Travel Insured International Took my money, did not honor their policy Glastonbury Connecticut

In December 2019 I purchased for $212 a travel insurance policy from Travel Insured International through the Travelinsured.com website.  Coverage was for airfare, hotel, and land tours.  The trip to New Zealand on 4/18/20 was canceled due to COVID, and I immediately informed Travel Insured.  Over the next 3 months, I provided all requested documentation, additional of which seemed to be requested by them as an intentional delay tactic. 

Finally, all in the month of August I have attempted to get them to respond to my inquires about my claim.  They do not respond to emails and they do not answer their phones. I believe they are a scam operation that is still trying to get money from susceptible consumers
