I paid $27.88 for a background check and after i paid i pushed the Download button and Nothing.

So i called and was on hold for 45 minutes so i sent an e mail and Nothing. Still Nothing and it's a day later.

I almost forgot. I got hit with an extra $3.99 upon finishing to get the dowloadable version
