Tucker Albin and Associates Tim Neal Solicited our company to be a debt collector Dallas Tx

On November 20, 2023 Mr. Tim Neal from Tucker Alvin and associates solicited us on our personal cell phone, and wanted to take on debt that was owed to our company. After a brief conversation and questions were answered they They were very pushy and wanted to take on some of our debt. We agreed, and gave them an account that we had a hard time collecting, they sent over a very a very brief letter and they said that we weren’t responsible for uncollected debt. two weeks went by we were working on getting them an updated invoice for that client and they had reached out to the client already asking to get paid on a debt that we didn’t know the final number for, the customer with the debt reached out to our office and asked for a invoice. We explain to the customer that we were no longer in charge of the debt to contact Mr. Tim Neal couple days went by and we received an email from Mr. Tim Neal stating that we are in violation and now owed them $6000. were a little taken back and was told that we were in violation and nothing could be done we tried to work, but in the end it seems like the whole time. This was just a scam be aware do not hire them to take on your debt as they will turn around and try to sue you, they will harass you call you from different numbers and try to provoke you
