 It's a 20 year old GM vehicle. Did you really think it didn't have any problems? Especially if the guy didn't even bother changing the oil? And you buy the vehicle as is. That means it's on you to make sure it works properly. But I'll save you some time: any vehicle from 2006 is going to have major issues that are not cost effective to fix. That's why people sell those vehicles.

After he allegedly told you the sunroof worked, DID YOU TRY IT??? Did you look under the hood for any evidence of oil leaks BEFORE and AFTER a test drive???? Did you get a warranty with this car or did you READ the documentation BEFORE you agreed to the Terms which states a warranty was NOT included and it was an AS IS purchase?⁰ If no warranty was included and he told you nothing was wrong with the car, why would a warranty not be included???
