upwork.com this company is a ripoff. i had a problem with a freelance that stop working because we had some had some disagreement. he refused to continue. so i had to terminate the project. when i talked to customer service and they agreed to give me back my money.

the freelance wanted to challange the ruling now there telling me i need to pay my share of 900.00usd to go to arbutration and you forced to pay the money and there is no refund, even if you win or lose. so do not use this company becasue if you have small 500.00 project it could cost plenty of money if you have any disagreement.

upwork collect 20% of the contract and dont want to pay for the arbutration.
