USA Grant Applications A tricky scheme to sneak in a recurring 35$ charge for a service maybe needed once.

This is the first ever time in my life I feel it neccessary to take my valuable time to write one of these but they have saved me in the pasy so I figure, pay it forward.

Avoid this company at all costs. I used them in researching for possible grants to help with my strugling small business. Thier pitch is "If you do not get accepted by the grant program you apply for then we will refund your 35$" a ton of issues i could dive into on the merit of thier services and how poorly they are. I'll instead focus on what got me so irrate and ended in a phone call to the company in which he cussed me out and refused to give me his name, screaming "Bye NOW" like a parrot until he disconnected.

That is the fact that thier entire pitch is a scheme if you just think on it. They have you focus in on the refund of the 35 dollars and the promise of acceptance, rather than the fact they are signing you up fopr a RECURRING bill for a service they provide and you only need once. They do not like it if you point that fact out to them, stating to me that "I was entered into weekly drawings for cash prizes" I signed up for what i thought was a fincial service not an unwanted monthly lottery!? 

Now, with this information I suggest gaming thier system on them the way they do to so many others. IF YOU MUST, get the information you need and then simply cancel the recurring bill and ask for your original money back while your at it, I can only imagine the amount of people unknowinlgy paying this company....
