USA2me Fraudulent duplicated charges Houston Texas

Signed up for USA2me an online mail forwarding service to have my mail scanned to me but all they did was overcharged and duplicated charges then refusing to accept my IDs, unnecessarily further delaying receiving my time sensitive mail and caused me to waste the cost of getting my info notarized since they unreasonably refused to accept forms of my IDs but then would duplicate charges to my credit card always waiting a day or two to respond and say that their manager had left home early and would have to wait until Monday since it was a Friday to get back to me why my IDs were unacceptable.

It would be acceptable one week then the following week it was too unclear and would need to resubmit and when I submitted my voter registration info since I did not receive card yet I screenshot the online info from the state they said it was not in a card format so it is unacceptable when this info is needed to verify your identity not what format it’s in.
