Vacasa Property Managemnet, Shorted me about $10,000 Portland, OR 

Vacasa manages my vacation rental. They booked a reservation during peak season where I should get $300 a night going rate for the house I have.                                    

 My minimum was set at $235 a night. My contract states they won’t go below it.                      

They charge the guest $93 a night for the month of February.

They have shorted me about $10,000. I think that they are charging the guest, the going rate and taking the difference for themselves instead of it rightfully going to the homeowner.    

That’s what I was thinking they were doing, and then I looked on social media and saw other people saying the same thing. I was thinking that they were doing. A lot of previous employees said how unscrupulous they are.

There are thousands of complaints on BBB from guests that have rented from them & homeowners. 

It has been a nightmare from the begining a year ago when I started. I hoped it would get better, instead it got a lot worse.
