Viora Extremely Disappointing Experience with Viora – Order Never Delivered and Lack of Communication Internet

I placed an order with Viora for two face pillows with priority fulfillment on September 27, 2024 in the amount of $48.93, and was initially informed the package was "on the way" as of September 28, 2024. However, the tracking information never updated, and my order has yet to be delivered.

After weeks of waiting, I reached out via email on October 20, 2024, to inquire about the status. While I received an initial response on October 21, 2024, from someone named Reese stating my order was "being closely tracked," my follow-up questions on the same day regarding the package's location and tracking details were completely ignored.

In an effort to resolve the issue, I disputed the charge with my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union, and sent another email to Viora on November 13, 2024, requesting a detailed explanation, tracking updates, or a full refund if the products could not be shipped immediately. I set a response deadline of November 18, 2024, but once again, I received no communication or resolution.

This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. As a well-known website, Viora’s lack of transparency, failure to deliver products, and complete disregard for customer inquiries are unacceptable. I want to warn other consumers to be cautious when ordering from Viora, as they appear to lack accountability.
