A MONEY ORDER IS A MONETARY INSTRUMENT. IT IS NOT THE SAME AS A PERSONAL CHECK... A MONEY ORDER IS VERIFIABLE. I HAD TO PAY IN ORDER TO GET THE CHECK. WHICH IS WHAT MAKES IT REFUNDABLE... NO ONE IN THE WALMART ORGANIZATION SEEMS TO KNOW THIS. AND ARE HOLDING PEOPLES MONEY UP BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY COMBAT FRAUD WITH MONETARY INSTRUMENTS.

THIS IS TERRIBLY INCONVENIENCING. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY AND CANT PAY THEM BECAUSE MY MONEY IS TIED UP... NOT TO MENTIONS THIS IS A REQUEST WALMART HAS COMPLETED FOR ME BEFORE... FURTHERMORE IT A MONEYGRAM MONEY ORDER THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND.

IF THERE IS SKEPTISM ON IF IT IS FAKE WHY NOT JUST CALL MONEYGRAM TO MAKE SURE THEY CHECK IS VALID THEN REFUND IT... THEY CLAIM TO BE SO CONVENIENT. AS RESULT OF THEIR NEGLEGENCE I CANOT GO TO WORK AND MY LIGHTS ARE ABOUT TO BE CUT OFF... I HAVE THE MONEY ORDER AND THE RECEIPT... WHAT IS THE BIG ISSUE...
