Walmart Moneygram money orders on 09/20/11 I purchase a $600.00 money order from walmart. On 08/22/11 I returned to walmart to get a refund for the money order because I had an emergency situation come up oxford, Mississippi

on 08/20/11 I purchase a money order from walmart for $600.00. on 08/22/11 I had sn emergency come up and I went back yo walmart to get s refund for the money order that I did not use the money order was not filled out when I handed it to the clerk she informed me that I had to make it out to walmart, before she could cadh it. she ask for my id and also the proof of purchase. I gave her both, then she inform me that she could not cash it after she called a floor manager she informed me that they have a limit on how many money orders uou can cash in one week , that I can come back in a few days, I said that thats not on any advertisment on thid store. I went to my car and called back and talk to the store manager, he informed me that they prably did not have enough money, that he would call me back in 15 minutes, since I did not here back from him I went back into the store to talk to him, he met me at the customer service desk and said there wad noyhing je could do that cenergy would have to approve the refund, I ask him who is cenergy, I did niy purchase a money order from cenergy. he said there was nothing he can do. I ask him what was I surpose to do with this paper. he said no one else will cash it because now walmart name is on it. I called walmart complainy linr and got nothing but one phone # after another until finally some one said you can filled out a form an d send $15 with it and you might get it back. here is a person that have an emergency no other money, I gave these people $600 cash and paid for the money order, they are the one who told me to make it out to walmart, to me thay is stealing, if I had pick up a stick of gum in walmart without paying for it I would go to jail, walmart have stole $600 from me, someone please help I need my money back to pay my rent.
