About less than 2 years ago we purchased carpet and tile from LA Carpet who used Wells Fargo Bank to finance us. We receive statements monthly and make the payments from the same address for all this time. Out of nowhere they stopped mailing us statements and when we call they had no reason why (they claim). But what they really are doing is trying to make money on late fees.

This is how crooked Wells Fargo Bank is. We can't wait to pay this loan off and be free of them. Will never do business with Wells Fargo and refuse if any merchant offers them up. Wells Fargo has a business culture of deception!
