Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!
How is your day today in sunny Aschheim, Germany and/or wherever else You are in the World?
My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that my 88 year old mother who suffers from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, Along With Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Affects Her Mobility had bought Something From Procter & Gamble Some Time Ago and was offered a $15.00 dollar gift card for her trouble which is produced under your company name, "Wirecard"!
Sadly, I received Garbage, Below The Line Help For Customer Service!
Firstly, the Gift Card is Not Even Working and I walked about Three (3) Miles To This Store To Use It and when I got home I found out from your Horrible Customer Service Department that the Gift Card is being reissued.
To Make Matters Worst: The Gift Card has the Wrong Middle Initial On It!
I am Howard P Shore, NOT Howard C Shore!
When I tried to correct it with your Incompetent Customer NO Service Department the girl on the phone verified ME, but she was also Falsely Claiming that the email address on file does Not Match What They Have On Record!
When I asked to speak to the supervisor, the service was still the SAME!
No Help and No Resolution!
You Have Trash Working For Your Company!

Update: Back on Friday, June 12th, 2020, Mr. Sayyid Imrani, Customer Service Manager (610) 420-4824 [ email@example.com ] from Wirecard contacted ME, but did Next To Nothing To Properly Take Care Of ME and My Needs and did absolutely Nothing For My Inconvenience!
He Was So Cheap and Selfish that he Could Not Afford To Even Give Me A $10.00 Dollar Credit On A Gift Card That I Am Still Waiting For (For My Major Inconvenience)!
