Zank Payments completely screwed me and my business. They promised fast merchant account setup through their “partner” Start Merchant Services, but after over a month of useless delays, lies, and empty promises, I got nothing but a mess.

They kept saying “you’re next,” “just waiting on PayFacto,” “just a few more days,” and over and over again gave me vague status updates without doing a d**n thing. I sent them every document they asked for, adjusted my website for their endless demands, and even after they said I was approved — they STILL didn’t deliver what they promised. No VAR sheet. No gateway. No payments.

Their whole process is shady, unprofessional, and built on blaming others (People’s Trust, PayFacto, anyone but themselves). I lost time, I lost money, and I got no service. They don’t care about small businesses — they just string you along until you give up.
