1-800-PACKRAT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Bethesda, Maryland

I signed up for 1800packrat to help with a move from one house to another as I sold my previous house. The unit was dropped off with no problems on October 25th, 2012 and scheduled to be picked back up on Monday October 29th 2012 as this was the day I closed on the sale of this home. Today is now Thursday November 1st and 11:30a.m. and the unit has yet to be picked up. I have not once been contacted by anyone at the company to advise why this is. I have called the customer service number at least 6 times and been given the run around each time. The first couple times they promised me they would send a "internal" message to a manager to look into the issue and have someone call me. Nobody called. I called back a couple more times and was told that the system showed the unit was picked up. I was standing in the driveway looking directly at the unit when one person told me this. They than advised me that the system is rarely wrong and it had been picked up. I demanded to speak with a manager but to no avail. Each time I was told that management was aware of the situation and someone would call me. To this date nobody has called me. The new owners of my house have threatened to have a flatbed remove the unit as it is blocking the driveway of their new home. I have never in my life received such horrible customer service. Not once was I offered a discount, or refund, and any explanation as to why it has yet to be picked up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
