In 2007, I bought a certificate for my son to go Tandem Sky Diving.  The coupon expired in 2009.  After several appointments being made by my son and the place he was supposed to go, we realized that he was never going to get to go.  So of course after two years , the certificate had expired.  Before that I had tried several times to get back in touch with 1 800 SKY-RIDE, only to be put on hold and staying on hold until I was disconected. I paid over 300.00 for this.  I still have the expired certificate.  After about 3 months of trying I finally got in touch with them, only to be told there was no refunds and that I would have to take the loss.  Dumb me, I even offered to send them extra money if I could just get an appointment for him somewhere.  So, the bottom line is to beware of what you buy over the phone or internet.  This was a 380.00 mistake that I can't could not afford.  I know that there are a lot of complaints against this company.I just don't understand why there is not a class action law suit against them.  The Better Buisness Bureau said they can't do anything but TRY and open the lines of communication up between me and the company.  That did not work as I can't even get in touch with the company.
