Let me begin with 1 and 2 automotive knows exactly what they are doing and how to cheat they system.  They bamboozled us into believing that what they were doing was ok.  Meanwhile, they are trying to take you for a ride.  We wanted to buy a car, and thought that we could finance something.  They had some nice cars, and we felt like they had a great sales staff and were very friendly.  They convinced us that our loan would not go through unless we paid them $3000.00.  Of course, they wanted CASH ONLY.  That should have been our tip-off.  However, after a long day (6 hours) in the dealership we decided to go with the deal.  They convinced us that we could refinance for a lower amount in a couple of months.  So we agreed to a deal with a finance company for a little more than we thought was doable for a month.  They said we could give them $2000 now and then pay the other $1000 on Friday.  They told us to make sure that we tell the finance company that we gave the dealership $3000.  They kept telling us this, and before the financing was finished they told us to drive the car home.  We signed the contract, like idiots, and have tried to get out of the deal.  We thought that if the financing went through that they would have to work out a new contract, but (not being familiar with the law) we found out that is not true.  They can just send your information around to find another loan.  They are the ONLY one who can resend on the contract.  This company worked it out so that we would be signing the contract while they were "finding" a lender.  Promising that we were a guarentee for the deal.  Again, like idiots, we fell for it.

I want the world to know that this company thinks that it is perfectly ok to swindle and commit fraud with financing industries, AND tell innocent people to go along with it.  I want the public to be aware of this kind of situation so that they are not stuck in the position that I am in.

It seems to me by observing your report that you admittly went into the transaction uneducated and unprepared. You admit your mistakes and or oversights then you try to place blame??! Sounds like you had buyer regret. Possibly you truly do not want to accept that in the real world we can not just take everything back like we do at Walmart on the impulse aisles when we change our mind. This seemed to s****.>
