Have ordered a number of items in the past, no problems until I actually had to contact their support for package not delivered.  The item is insured and every other vendor in the past have always re-shipped the items then filed the claim with the shipper themselves.  Not with this company, they gave me a standard blow off letter with contact the post office.  Then after repeated attempts to contact their support they have went silent.

The company I work for manufactures and sells network equipment, when ever an item is not delivered by the shipper "we" ship a new unit and file the claim with the shipping company.  I've been ordering items on the net for well over a decade, not to mention other company's by phone for years.  Over the years I have maybe have had 1/2 dozen packages not delivered and the retailer has "always" re-shipped the items and filed the claim themselves with the shipping company.

So beware of doing any business with these guy's, they have the stance of once it's bought and sent that is where thier service ends.

Well?

AUTHOR: Tyg - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 01, 2015

Well did you get your way at the 'good' store? Or did you finaly see where YOU were the instigator in the ENTIRE situation? Funny how once someone points out all those flaws in your story, YOU disappear. It makes me think that you thought the entire web was going to believe your crackpot tale. The problem is we are consumers just like you and we are the ones who have to watch people like you make a fool out of yourself. Self entitlment is a dangerous thing. It blinds you to your own actions and makes you think your actions are justified. When the reality is that people like you are ALWAYS acting like spoiled and selfish children. If you over paid you only had 30 days to get any money back. ANYTHING else was you trying to get around the process. Once you step back and actually look at your story like everyone else has you can see why people dont believe your version. The true issue was that you thought you were right when you were wrong and anyone who didnt believe you must be hateful. Accept YOUR part and responsibility in the situation and even you can agree that YOU were the hateful, spiteful, vengeful and vindictive person. One wonders if you get off on causing drama and abusing innocent people.
