123nc.com is a ripoff! The claim to give you a 100 county criminal record search in North Carolina for only $15. You have to give your credit card just to start. You are charged for everything you look at.

You don't select anything to buy, but you are charged for it. You are not given a summary of your purchase. You are not sent a copy of your search. You get your monthly bill and have been charged hundreds of dollars. There are many Internet complaints about Brett Martin and Castle Branch in Wilmington. Your credit card company may not give you a chargeback. Sue him in New Hanover Country small claims court. Write to the Attorney General. This is a very sophisticated website designed to cheat people out of hundreds of dollars for a supposed $15 search.
