 Horrible readers who don’t care about customers. Different answers every time you call and the customer service is non existent. Wouldn’t recommend 0/10

The individual who filed this report has never worked for me like she is trying to indicate. She got angry at one of my advisors and called another advisor to feel better (it worked). But when she went to leave feedback for the good reading, she made it all about the "horrible reading" of the first advisor, calling her names and being very bitter.  That's fine, she can have her opinion but she was writing that review on under the advisor she liked.  So in order to protect both advisors, I deleted it. 

All of our staff meetings are recorded and the one thing I pride myself on is the integrity of the staff. We NEVER laugh or discuss people who call, we take a vow of confidentiality and are very strict about it.

As for Doreen Virtue. She was a very influential leader in the new age community. My staff and clients have spent thousands of dollars on her work.  She recently became born again and denounced her work and denounced my staff and people in my industry as dealing in the dark side.  So I vehemently attacked back to protect those that were confused and feeling bad about where to turn. Being told your soul is damned from someone you relied on is very scary.  So I remain committed in my stance against her attacks and if this unhappy person who filed the complaint doesn't like that, she should stay away. 

Thanks for letting me have my side of the story. We've been in business for 12 years and this is the first complaint and it's just designed to hurt my business. 

Thanks again for the opportunity to speak our side of the story. You never want an unhappy customer but every once in a while you get that customer that can't be satisfied and wants to just punish. With any luck, she'll forget about us and move on.
