This is in response to 12vadapters rebutle to my initial claim. He is a complete and utter liar. The product he sold me ( A 12v 5amp power supply) was used with an appliance that recommended a 12v 5amp power supply. He does not even know what he sold me. Or maybe his response is in regard to another fire his product nearly caused. Regardless of what he says. I still have the powersupply and the documentation that came with the device I was using it with. I also have signed affidavid of a licensed electrition to verify the faulty power supply as the 100% casue of the problem and potential fire hazzard.

The item did not just heat up. It immediately burst into a thick cloud of smoke and had I not unplugged it instantly would have caught fire

Mr Dib originally agreed to refund me for the power supply. After several emails and supplying him with everything short of my Social Security # he declined to pay the stated warranteed refund. This was after submitting to him numerous e-mails of the sale, the Paypal transaction ID# as well as a print out of the paypal reciept of sale. After recieving all this info he told me to file a claim with paypal and see what they decide. Mr Dib knew this was after the 45 day paypal grace period and that paypall would not do anything in this case.

After all this I indicated that I wanted a full refund plus damages caused by his faulty product. I submitted a paypal request for payment with 2 reminders which he never paid. That is the extent of my communication with him.

I have the defective power supply, emails, Paypal reciepts and documentation of the power recommended for device the power supply was used with. If anyone needs to see the facts, I have them in hand and can email them to you as I have several authorities. Mr Dib is just trying to talk his way out of this with absolutly nothing to back up his words.
