1-800PetMeds sells your credit card info to a scam operation out of Connecticut. The way the operation works is you see a coupon that appears to be from 800- PetMeds for $10.00 off your next puchase and you fill out the online form to get it. What is not stated is that this is a bogus discount service that charges you $10.00 a month to be a member. The name of the scam operator is as follows:

Webloyalty.com, Inc. 101 Merritt Seven, 7th Floor (Corporate Offices) Norwalk, CT 06851.

The charges will show up on your credit card as Reservation Rewards @1-800-732-7031 and or Shopper Discount Reward @1-800-889-8776. You will probably find that both of these will appear with a billing cycle that is two to three days apart. Bottom line is do not do business with 1-800PetMeds they are a bunch of scammers whose very open association with outfit make them unfit to be trusted. I only hope someone tells Betty White about this.

A consumer is prompted several times to give credit card and email information and the information is at no time supplied by 1-800-PetMeds. The transaction is from that point between consumer and WebLoyalty (reservation rewards). Our privacy policy remains the same and can be located at the following url: http://www.1800petmeds.com/popup/privacy.htm
We at 1-800-PetMeds ensure that our customer's privacy is at no time compromised in any way. For more details, call us at 800-738-6337 to talk to one of friendly sales associates.

Hi, I'm the Online Programs Director for 1800PetMeds. I'm well familiar with the program to which you're referring. First, let me state that we absolutely, positively, do not share any personally identifiable information with this company or anyone else.

Our relationship with WebLoyalty is this:
When you're finished with ordering from us, you're presented with an opportunity to sign up for Reservation Rewards, which offers discounts on various travel services for a monthly fee. If you sign up for this service, you also receive a coupon that is good for saving money on your next 1800PetMeds purchase as well.

The monthly fee for this service is clearly outlined on the signup page, and you must enter all of your billing information (including credit card number) to sign up.

If you ever have a problem with this service, or were somehow unaware that you'd be charged for it, you can simply call Reservation Rewards and they will immediately refund you for any and all charges to your card - regardless of how long ago you signed up for the service.

We're not in the business of tricking our customers, we are simply trying to offer a money-saving service, and a discount for future 1800PetMeds purchases, to anyone who may be interested.

If you do have any suggestions for how we could make this service more clear, please feel free to reach out to me directly - I'd like to make sure that no one else mistakingly signs up for a service they don't want.
