Carbucks practise very disresepctful business practises. I was not shockeds when i read the orderreported filed against them for verbally offending a woman by imply sexual acts with her.

earlier this year in june. i contact carbucks about selling my car. they sent a cash offer which i agreed to. I faxed them off the info the asked for and i schduled my appointment.Drove my car from brooklyn to their valley stream location.Only to find when i get there during their stated normal business hours there was noone on site. .I sat there for 20 minutes.keep knocking on the door,simultaneously calling them.had my wife at home emailing them..no responses.all this after they kept sending me emails reminding me about my cash offer..hence the reason whyu i decided to just go ahead and use their service.

i got no response from them all day after that adventure. next day Joseph Tyler is sending me another cah offer reminder email .I imediately pointed out the fact to him about the previous days events ..only to be told to just try again..are yo kidding me?

well after that i manage to sell the car to a private buyer..so vehicle is now sold..months late i keep getting mail from joseph tyler with my cash offer..I ignore them..since i didn't plan on dealing with them ever..plus the car already sold from the first week of August..

Its now November and im still getting emails..so i respond saying.

"car sold please stop spamming me"


then the insults started to pour in almost immediately.

I was called a jerk off..and later sent a picture of an erect male p***s.

no where in my email responses did i verbally attack these people other than defend my right for them to stop communicating wit me.email transcript below
