1and1.com Holds domain name hostages when transferring out chesterbrook Pennsylvania

Ive been attempting for over a week to transfer my domain names to G***** and 1and1 keeps denying the transfer. I sent tech support an email, no response. Ive called three times. They told me days ago the 'glitch' in their system would be fixed in hours. Nothing was done. Today I was told my case is still being escalated and there was no time frame she could give me as to when I could transfer out or explanation why. They keep giving me the run-around, putting me on hold, giving me excuses but no answers. 

I googled this issue and I am not alone. I should have done my homework before signing on to them as now I have 30 names being held hostage for no reason whatsoever. They are well aware of what they are doing to people and our hands are tied.
