I purchased a 2010 keep compass from 1and2automotive they has listed on their website for $5,998. So of course that is the price we were under the impression we were paying for. When we had sat down to talk about financing they came up with $17,000 after interest & tax/title. I was not at all okay with these numbers and not sure where they had gotten Them. So we sat and negotiated for a few more minutes and had come up with the agreement $12,000 after price of car $6,000 & tax/title & interest. Exactly 30 days later I called to make a payment they were refusing to take my payment ignoring my phone calls and sending me to voicemail. After calling 30-40 times demanding to make my payment I finally got someone to listen and take the payment. At this point I was frosted and considered refinancing through a bank. So I ask for a payoff quote and they gave me $9,998. I had paid a $2000 down payment & one full payment of $400 that leaves us at around $12,000 so confused I ask what do u mean ? $9,998 I'm only paying $6,000 for the car and have only had it fiancée for 30 days there's no way there's that much interest in just 30 days. So my salesman gets on the phone and then abruptly becomes very rude refusing me an exploration. I contacted a lawyer and they ask me to show a motor vehicle sales contract so I looked through my paperwork and to my surprise I didn't have one so I called back asking politely for one and they all asudden become hostile and refuse to provide me with one (by federal law they cannot refuse this.) and then hang up. So I have now began legal action. With a lawyer who has SEVERAL other cases currently in action against 1and2automotive. I wish I would have dig a little deeper and looked a little hard cause there are not only dozens but hundreds of people going through the exact same thing as I am with this company. Please beware do your research and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I tried to set up my online payment and they told me it takes 3-4 cycles so I couldn't not pay it online. Which is why I had to call. Again. Trying to be so rude. For no reason.

I'm writing this report off an iPhone. So excuse me if I didn't correct every little mispelling it's not like it's a published book. & we agreed on the INTEREST to be equal to $6,000 not a FINANCE CHARGE. I'm not trying to be as you CLEARLY are im trying to help people who may be in a situation like myself I have 2 small children and my husband works hard for our money. It's not fair they sneak things under your nose. They do this every day they know exactly what they're doing. & you can act like you know the laws and you know all about car sales man but that is exactly why I contacted an attorney cause I do not. & he has stated very clearly what they have done is wrong and now they have contacted my husband trying to make it right. So if they choose to do so. Then I will gladly change my report to miscommunication and state the problem was resolved BUT until then. They took advantage of someone in a vulnerable position in need of a vehicle. Why do people have to be so rude? I have children that I have to support. Children I need to get back and fourth to doctors appointments and get to the grocery store fore my husband has to go to work. What's wrong with a little trustworthyness I put my trust into this company when I handed them my money. Why is humanity so ****** up now. HONESTY! TRUST! Where are these things. All to make a quick buck they're non existent.

You agreed to pay $6000 in fees on a $6000 car. Wow, you’re a great negotiator.
