I received a letter in the mail the other day from 1rate.com and have no idea who these people are.

I am writing to complain because two months ago I got a call from Financial Institute offering a credit card.

I agreed but they said I had to pay a fee of $221.95, to receive the card. Now I have not received any information about any card or anything else. I really would like to know where my money went and am I going to receive any information.
