I went to the grocery store and it said I had no funds... I knew I should have money, and times have been very tight due to medical bills. When I checked my account, 49.95 was charged to 1rate.com. I have never even heard of them, and have no idea what they are, or do... but after trying to call several times... no one ever answered.....
