1st Guaranty Mortgage Fraud Mortgage Company Oakland Park Florida

Last year we found 1st guaranty mortgage via the internet. We contacted them through their website where we then were contacted by Rob Prestwood. Who said we qualified for a loan. He then sent us the pre-approval to start looking for our dream home. We found a house in Martinsburg, WV and gave the builder Robs info for them to communicate. Everything was running smoothly at first, then it got hard to contact Rob. Well short version closing date came we couldnt get in touch with Rob to make this deal close. We did get a hold of him the next day and were told he needed a little more time. That our file was still with credit repair. So he set up another close date. Which never happened either we then were told he was fired and we had a new officer. Well sad thing of this was, which we learned from this mistake, we told our landlord we were buying a house but since it wasnt his he evicted us so for three months my family was seperated living with other people until I found a house to rent again as a back up plan which became the perm plan when again it was hard to get any answers from our new officer. I will never deal with this company again. And next time when I am ready to buy my dream home I will investigate the company more thorough or go with a local bank if I have to. Thanks for heartache after heartache and no help whatsoever besides our scores being lifted up and putting the fraud alert on our file where we cant even see our report online anymore.
