1st National Card Service Promised a Visa or Mastercard to use for Everyday purchases ripoff Largo Florida

Company called stating they were a credit card compay like Visa or Mastercard. They were going to offer my family limited credit to help establish better credit. I would be able to buy gas and groceries and just pay the bill on time, my credit score should get better and also my limit would be raised.'Just buy as little as a candy bar every month and you will be okay' These were the agents exact words.

Upon receipt of the cards, I find out its a buying club with no affilation to Visa or Mastercard. And you can only buy from them. Nothing was ever mentioned in the call about this. Its all about Visa this and Mastercard that. Then they start recording your info after they have convinced you that they are Visa or Mastercard.

I complained to a supervisor and was told I would receive a full refund,and that it was all a misunderstanding, they were not trying to force me to join there club? But today, I received a letter from them stating there not going to give me anything.
