1st Premier Bank Closed my Account Without my Knowledge for Missing one Payment Sioux Falls Internet

I received an unavailable call on my cell phone and I didn’t answer because I never answer unavailable calls and they called me at work within 30 seconds. I didn’t answer the first time but they called again that afternoon and I answered from my desk. She proceeded telling me that I owed on a MasterCard without disclosing her name or what company she was with. I politely told her that I was at work and that she needed to call me on my cell phone only.

I went online to see if I could have missed a payment and I noticed that I couldn’t verify the payment so I went to their website and my account was blocked. I called customer service and was transferred several times, I was finally told that my account was closed and in collections for one missed payment of $50. Then the CSR proceeded to try to gouge me out of $200. After I kept explaining to him that I didn’t understand how one missed payment could have a repercussion of my account being closed, he added that he could help me by crediting $25 to my account. This went on for 10 minutes. He went as far as offering a $50 credit but kept saying that he couldn’t guarantee that the account would be reopened. He never could answer why the account was closed for one missed payment. My payment history was impeccable before now. After failing to convince him that this was all a mistake because of a reverse charge by my bank, I finally told him no deal, and good riddance. It could all be a blessing in disguise. I will pay them off eventually and I will make it my mission to steer as many people as possible away from these thieves. They behaviour is typical of thieves and because they are thieves they think that everyone are thieves. There’s no honour among thieves! They take advantage of people with challenged credit and if they miss one payment they are quick to close the account and cause a bad situation worse. My credit isn’t the greatest, but I still can get whatever I want and eventually this blimp will be insignificant. The snake bit me hard, but I will recover smarter and wiser without him slithering around me.
