1st premier bank Preditory lending/ excessive fees Siox Falls South Dakota

 My name is Malik Harvey I am in the process of trying to repair my credit in order to purchase a home I was searching for a credit card that  could use to aid me in the process I found application for a unsecured credit card under 1st premier bank I completed the appplication and was immediately approved for a credit limit of 300 dollars however only received a balance slightly over 200.00 due to application and processing fees they charge I have since been strugling to keep my credit from being damaged due their excessive fees and unfair billing practices for example here is what my stament looks like on a monthly basis as shown below, the top three blocks are payments I have made in an desperate effort to avoid over the limit  penalties and fees, it usaully takes 2 days to process payments  or you must pay 15.00 to process same day payments it seems the more i try to get ahead the more I fall back with this company brutal fees and charges my credit has been over the limit from fees  and this has damaged my score and efforts to repair my credit I feel like i am stuck in a bad situation with this company I have read about several simular complaints this company has had  in the past by customers that also fell into this trap with them I have other credit cards and never had to deal with what this company does to its customer, this company is a preditory lender that traps people with a quick promise to restore credit and quick approval only to bombard them with with excessive fee and billing and making it hard to get out of their debt the practice is no better then the major banks that have faced federal ruling on unfair fees and charges to its customers it seems as if  preditory credit card companies have a free pass in these practices at the moment due to lack of major exposure.
