This is the worse insurance!!! I got rear-ended. I have provided police report and pictures.. The highway patrol also confirmed it wasnt my fault. Needless to say I really thought this was a no brainer.. 21st Century Insurance concluded that it was my fault and they don't want to pay for the damages. So I'm responsible now for stupid drivers behind me?!?!?! Also their adjusters are extremely rude!!
