21st Century Mortgage Scam artists abound with 21st Century Mortgage Jacksonville Florida

Started the refinancing process in December 2008. Was asked for $350.00 to cover the cost of appraisal. Turned out that the appraisal was never done and the prcess was drug out over 7 months until a closing date was supposedly set up for July 2nd.

Noone showed up for the closing and when a call was placed they said that the mortagage company has since decided to not process loans in the State of Florida any more! I guess they didn't know this prior to setting up the closing date the week before ?

I no longer can get a return phone call even after leaving over 25 voice mails and cannot get an email reply or text message reply.

I was dealing with Kristian Hugo who was suppose to be a supervisor but was totally incompetent and a pretty good liar.

I am now about to close with Quicken loans next week at a lower interest rate and only took 5 weeks to close from start to finish.

I am out the $350.00 I paid and don't expect to ever see that money again.

Stay away from 21st Century Mortgage or be prepared to be scamed out of your money.
