21st Century Mortgage Predatory Lending & Harrassment Madeira Beach Nationwide

I am writing this to strongly advise anyone who considers getting a loan with this company to think again.  We financed with them three years ago and it has been hell ever since.

Over the past few years I have been very sick so we have fallen behind at times but always stayed above water.  We have begged them to lower our 12%  interest rate so that we can pay on time.  Rather than working with us they call multiple times a day and have even come to our home.  Workers there have demanded to know how we will pay only to insult us over and over again because I didn't work and my husband was trying his best but the intereat rate was kiling us.  They called so much that they even began calling my mother and harassing her.  

We have been told by attorneys that the loan was predatory and that we have an open and shut case but they also wanted to charge us $2000 minimum in fees to help us. We simply don't have it. Now we are at risk of losing our home and land and I cannot even get out of bed due to my illness.  I wish that someone would do something about companies that do this to individuals.
