My home in Texas was broken into, and it was filed with the insurance company. The insurance company ( Foremost, I had full replacement value insurance and they prorated ) sent the check with my name, my wife's ( which is not on the account ) and the mortgage company's name on the check. I sent the check to the mortgage company, they cashed the check and kept all of the money. Each time we call about the money they owe us they tell us another lie. I am left with the only option for me at this time, I have told them if they are going to keep the money they can keep the house. This company in my opinion is unethical, liars and thieves.
