My husband received his fifth phone call from 21st Mortgage corp. After of course being informed by relatives they were calling and harrasing them.We own them 1 payment for Nov.and the women was rude, unreasonable and vicious.He tried to explain that I was the only one working and the bottom had dropped out of his trade.He also explained he was looking for work everyday.She kept cutting him off to demand he give her a payment that instant and she didn't care how he got it.She then said that instead of 2 Payments(one for Nov.,one for Dec) That she would excelerate our loan so that we would owe 3 payments and they could start forclosure.Then she said "how's that for a Christmas present?"So my husband asked her "How do you live with yourself and are all your bills paid?"This is the point where she hung up on him.Something has to be done.People are trying to do their best to pay bills but lots of people have been effected by the economy and can't make ends meet.

Silverado is undoubtably an employee of 21st Mortgage as the lies spew out of his/her mouth quite easily.
21st mortgage is the worst company I've ever had dealings with. This company is pure EVIL. I think they dump toxins in the water supply as a hobby. Their customer service reps are rude, unethical, and dishonest. They belittle you, harrass you and your family and are completely unreasonable. The reps display this attitude to such an extreme that you are left with little doubt that this is indeed part of their personality. They would kick their own mothers out on the street given the opportunity.
If any good can come from this current economic downturn we can only hope that it will be the demise of this evil empire.
