21st Mortgage Corp tax / insurance Games Knoxville Tennessee

I, have been dealing with 21st mortgage for a few years now. there always seems to be some kind of problem with them or so they claim. I get calls, letters and emails always something that is self inflicted from 21st themselves. first off I always call and try to see what is going on and of couse get the rude customerservice people who can do nothing 100% of the time.

My list of problems follows:

1st off is they paid taxes on a partial property that has nothing to do with them and then try putting everything in escow for no good reason. Taxes on the property realated to them is $250.00 they want to escrow $500.00 to $800.00

2nd but most often every year when the insurance is due the flood my mail box with way over priced insurance offers. then comes the standard threat letter claiming they are going to buy insurance for me. (funny it is their own insurance co.) They actually did buy it for me one time, went through a bunch of crap to get it undone... And of course more rude A__hole customer service that no body knows anything or can do anything.

This is the 2 biggesst problems I have but it actually consumes an awfull amount of time dealing with their BS. I understand needing insurance and paying taxes and always have ... I live here in this home What are they thinking that I'm moving onto the street?
So if your think of using them for a mortgage lender beware! Make sure you plan on missing work to deal with all this stuff above.

Solution is to make them send you a letter or email for everything, this ends the problems with their customer service. Get rid of the lies and stories.

Anyone else have this problem? I'm getting ready to file against them in court this week
