21st Mortgage took advantage of my son when he purchased a double wide.  They financed him at 13%!  Now he is having trouble paying the note.  He is qualified for a loan modification.  21st says they won't honor an outside modification.  And they won't help him internally.  I will find out what agency controls them and report their poor business practices.
