2a4life Defective product PLEASANT GROVE Utah

On June 24, 2018 I bought a 30' Giant Telescoping Flagpole Kit from 2a4life.  I installed the flagpole as instructed and raised it up.  You raise each of the sections and then twist them to 'lock' them in place.  It worked freely when I raised it.  Today I tried to lower it and could not turn the sections to 'unlock' them without the use of padded jaw pliers.  Even after turning the sections they were very, very difficult to lower.  Now all the sections are tight and do not slide freely like the should.  In the two months that it has been in place we have had no storms or strong winds that could have bent or damaged the sections.

I sent an email to 2a4life along with a copy of the receipt asking what the options were for the defective product.  Their anser was for me to go buy two strap wrenches to twist the sections.

Very poor customer service.
