2Checkout.com, Inc Caused losse of $449 to me. I shipped the items out after getting go ahead from fraud team who later sent another mail declining the order and this caused me losses. Columbus, Ohio

We are online retailers in business since 2009 by the name of tradersindiaonline.com We recently switched over from paypal to 2Checkout as our payment processor. The very first transactionwith 2Checkout was a horror. Order # 4651219275 dt 5th March 2012 for 3 Pieces 7" Ainol Novo 7 Android 4.0 Tablet PC shipping by Air Mail to Russiafor $449 (All Inclusive).

We got an email initially from fraud@2co.com (Fraud Review Dept of 2checkout.com) sayingthat its ok to proceed with the order and everything has been verified. We waited for about 12 hours from the time of order to begin processing and then
we paid our supplier to ship the order accordingly. To our utter horror we got an email in the evening from fraud@2co.com saying that the order has already been cancelled and refunded.

It was like heart attack for us Now we have lost $390 We could be losing around $390 (Cost of items shipped if the supplier does not bend to our request to cancel the order). 2Checkout.com boast of fraud team and all the hype but in reality they don't know what they are doing.

Also cancelling orders is all so easy with 2checkout.com. They would also allow orders to be cancelled once they have been shipped. (Can you imagine such a scenario) .We want to be reimbursed for $390. It was not our fault that the order was approved first by their fraud department  and then declined later on. We would also want to file for damages because all this has damaged ourreputation in the market.
