I changed my mind after I paid.  I did not use their service after they sent me a document to fill out.  They told me in an email to not return the document to them but mail it to the court.  Their advertisement states that "We do all the work for you so you don't have to do any paperwork...100% money back guarantee..."  And yet they sent me a document so I refused to use their service.  I wanted a refund, but no human being answers my calls just a recording machine.  I emailed and faxed them with my online receipt, and still no refund has been made.  They just want to keep my money.  The BBB should investigate and punish the people involved with their misleading ad and for false advertisement.  I paid thru paypal by the way.
