3B Software Inc. 3B Software Misleads, Lies and Rip-Offs with No Refund! Arlington Texas

I firstly was mislead to believe the cost "Was A Low $29.99" Only when you purchase already and have given your credit card do they then tell you oh that's just the TV. Now there's a price for the channels and specialty channels, @ $9.99 each. Now I'm at $49.99. So when I receive actually credit card statement it is $63.25 for 3B Software Inc.. Now I'm already feeling a little mislead only to find out this service is exactly what I already have on my basic cable channels and I didn't get the one channel that I really wanted in the first place. So I continue on to check out other $9.99 channels that I added to the deal, haven't found any yet that were available in my area or available only for the U.S. or just cannot found supposed internet connection. I tried for hours today trying to connect to channels that just weren't there. I still don't understand what that is about...it's just pictures of supposed channels! Now not being satisfied at all for what I purchased request a refund before 30 day guarantee is up, and I have yet to receive one. I keep getting run around messages and upon searching online for this company find out that other people are saying the same thing. That they keep getting the run around and have never gotten a refund also I noticed other complaints of this company. So how long can a business stay open with this kind of deception and obvious rip-off? So I wanted to add my message here in order to either get my refund, (which I doubt now) or have this company shut down so that they cannot rip others off! I have also read where they charge someone twice and that person didn't get service at all! So please someone has to help to make this company accountable or just maybe word of mouth will shut them down, after all word of mouth is the best advertising. So if you get anything in your e-mail regarding 3B Software Inc. or the way I got it, DTV4PC do go there or you will be next. Oh yea they think because they are registered with the BBB that they have a license to rip people off. Actually you would think that BBB would do something about it, NOT!
