I wired Mr. Smith ahead of time before his purchase on the day he requested it. The proof of the wire was received by my bank Wells Fargo and his bank at the time was Bank of America. 30k was wired and no goods were shipped. He said someone came in and bought all the stock. He tried to sell me something else i told him to refund. He never sent refund and I told him to just send me something else in palce and he never did that either. 
I followed up today about a year later. And he got caught in a lie several times.
1. Whats odd is that he said he is a recycling compnay. I buy ffrom recycling compnaies all the time they permit me to come by.
2. When asked for his R2 certificataion he could not provide

3. I called the California of licenses for his certification and they said they never had a a company with him or his partner Jenny Lee or anthing under 3G

4. He doesnot take paypal because that a form of buyer and seller protection.

5. Refuses to meet in person.
