After numerous email solicitations to our company for used phone parts.
We eventualy saw a great deal and issued a formal purchase order.
Then wire the payment in full.
A few days later J. SMith told us the items have been sold because payment was late.
A refund was demanded, J. Smith claimed that becuase they were used items, no refund!
J. Smith offered us an eternal credit towards future purchase.
He insisted that prices has gone up and volume requirements is much higher now. 10 x more.
Continue spam solicitions arrived. We offered to buy items and pay cash at his business.
He refused. And now claims a 100% restocking fee and tells us we can never get our money back.
This baiting scheme is ingenious. The small sum of $2100 was neglible and risky.
But once he has your money the product is sold.
When you ofer to buy, the price goes up and requires more money.
Phone refurbishers do not buy from this guy.
His ads are false. His pictures does not prove he has any inventory.

We will post this scammer's email if any one want to see it.

1.WE ARE A RECYCLING COMPANY WITH 3 LOCATIONS, WE SELL DAMAGE BROKEN NON WOEKIMG PHONES TO CHINA, HONG KONG AND SINGAPORE
2. THE GUY IN TEXAS IS A BROKER HE HAS NO BUSINESS HE ASK FOR DAMAGE USED NON WORKING PARTS SEND A SMALL DEPOSIT IT TOOK 4 DAYS TO ORDER WE ONLY HOLD THE STOCK FOR 48 HOURS 2 BUSINESS DAYS.. AFTER THE STOCK GETS SOLD OR PUT BACK PUT FOR SALE..
WE HAVE THE STOCK THE GUYS NAME IA LANCE GOING AROUD TO ALL THE SITES CALLING MY MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS A SCAM.
3. WE CANT SELL DAMAGE BROKEN STOCK TO THE PUBLIC SO LANCE TAKES 1 WEEK TO PAY. THE STOCK WAS PUT BACK PUT FOR SALE.. HE GOT MAD. W SELL 100,000 PHONES TO CHINA HE WAS A WASTE OF TIME
4. I OFFERED DIFFERENT STOCK AND DIFFERENT LCDS, WEH ASKED FOR A REFUND,WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS ON DAMAGE BROKEN GOODS. HE HAD A CREDIT BUT HE REFUSED TO TAKE ANYTHING ELSE.. NOW HE IS POSTING LIES ABOUT MY COMPAY..
5. HOW CAN WE HAVE PICTURES OF THE STOCK WITH 3.G USA NEXT TO IT, WHY DID LANCE TAKE SO LONG TO PAY, HRE IS A BROKER USING OTHER PEOPLES MONEY TO BUY DANAGE PHONES,LCDS' ECT..
6.THIS IS HIS ATTEPMED TO BAD MOUTH MY COMPANY AND WE WILL NTO STAND FOR IT..
