411.ca Canada411.ca Without question 411.ca is the worst advertising decision I’ve ever made. Internet

I spent over $14,000 with 411.ca from Nov to Jan 2015.  In total I got 18 calls and over half of my listings had errors in them!  When I asked them about this they told me:

We have no control over the people that call you for your service or product. We are not a PR company and we cannot guarantee calls or sales transactions. However we market and advertise your business to ensure that you’re getting the exposure you paid for. If you have any doubts about this you can log into your Advertiser Centre to view your stats there (Ad Views). You have access to each listing and location. With this in mind we definitely fulfilled our duty to advertise your business.

Really…?  They created all the ads and all the listings.  I was trusting them to create goods ads that resulted in phone calls.  When I asked them to refund some of the $14k paid they told me:

Moving forward we cannot validate providing you with a refund for the monies paid to 411.ca. With all due respect we’ve also absorbed a good chuck of your advertising cost over the past two months…

Are you kidding me?  I paid them $14k to build ads and place them on their site.  I got 18 calls and it’s not their problem?  That’s over $750 per phone call!  Seriously?

Without question 411.ca is the worst advertising decision I’ve ever made.
