After making an initial order of a Nikon D750 with a 24-120mm lens for $2049, I received an E-mail and a phone call. "Anthony" told me what I ordered "would not work", stating that I ordered the "European version" and would not be able to read anything in English.
Showing me on-line the "English" version for $2399. This item has been removed and there is no correlating item number. Item #119158 does not exist.
Also, a Tamron 70-200 zoom lens for $1199 was changed to $1499. Item # 119159 does not exist.
A 3-year warranty was changed from what one could see as available for $419 to what could not be seen for $899. These warranties are NOT refundable! You MUST read the fine print or get ripped off.
Individual item numbers worth on-line and what they claimed they were worth did not jive.
They sent everything in what they claim is a "kit" at an extremely inflated price.
This business is extremely unreputable, deceptive, and told me "never to call back" twice.

42nd Street is NOT an authorized Nikon or Tamron dealer. What that means to you is they are NOT permitted to offer the factory warranties from Nikon or Tamron. For example, Tamron lenses come with a seven or eight year warranty free, from the manufacturer. If either your camera or lens goes bad, you will need to send it to 42nd street rather than having it repaired at an authorized dealer in your area. 42nd Street is a GREY MARKET retailer. This means they still products which are not authorized for for sale in the USA. What you think you saved in money was eaten up by a warranty you had to buy when you would have received it for free.
