I ordered satalite tv from dishnetwork. Dishnetwork was unable to install the dish due to trees on the site. The order was cancelled by the tech at the site.

Dishnetwork refunded a one time fee of $48 to my card.

I was charged $49.99 by 4digitaltv.com This charge was not refunded and I have disputed the charge with my card company.

I tried to contact 4digitaltv.com, but the number is no longer valid.

I called dishnetwork and they said that 4ditial was an independant contractor and they would e-mail them. Dishnetwork would not take any resposibility. I was told that the flyer I was mailed was not from Dish but from 4digitaltv.

I will not be cutting any trees after all.
