I read Ripoff reports #1193338 and #1258121 and sadly enough they could have been written by me.  This company has quite an elaborate scheme going on.  So much so that, even though my gut was telling me otherwise, I fell for it!!  In total, I sunk $3900 into this scam.  $2000, of which was a loan supplied through a lender 4M Global works with (UAS Client Sipport) and $1900 as a cash advance from my credit card.  I was so dazed and confused that I didn't even know or think to ask the right questions when I was suddenly transferred to someone (Heather Roberts) who immediately worked with me and my creditor to get the money transfer initiated right then and there.  The phone transfer occured in the middle of a phone call I was having with Daylynn (a director in 4M Global) who was happy to say that I was "accepted into the program".  Fishy but still I perservered.

4M Global Education did not deliver ANY of what was promised in the original agreement although, if I spent an additional $695 I could get legal help to set up my LLC from a man named Matt Hill from Prime Corporate Services.  I didn't agree to the LLC "program" right away and suprisingly enough, Matt only followed up with me once.  A legit organization would have kept on trying!!  Or if I coughed up another chunk of change I could get help to build the my promised website.  This offer came under the guise of a phone call from my coach TJ's co-worker Todd saying TJ had asked him to give me a call to "help me find products to sell".  I definitely needed the help so this offer reinforced my hope that this whole thing was legit.

As time went on, and my gut was wrenching, I asked many questions of TJ that were never answered to my satisfaction. Getting positive feedback from my coach as the weeks went by, and getting another "crumb" of how to do this business each week on my 20 minute phone call with TJ gave me just enough encouragement to continue on this path. Eventually, my gut won out over my brain and I started looking around on how I might get out of this arrangement and my $$ back.  That's when I found the two Ripoof Reports I reference above.  If you read those, you will be given even more specifics of how they rope people in and keep them going.

So, I emailed customer service and told them I wanted out and a refund and they sent back an email that pretty much said "You've got to be kidding me!".  Then I sent Brandon Clark (one of the bigwigs at 4MG) an email asking for a refund.  Then I left him a voicemail.  Then I received a call from a guy at DBA (one of the biggest drop shippers in the world) saying that 4M Global had sent my name over to them so they could help me start selling their products.  That gave me some more hope that they were legit so, I emailed Brandon again saying I might have changed my mind.  BOTTOM LINE: Brandon has not returned my phone call or any of my emails so, I went back to the Ripoff Reports and finally admitted to myself that I had been bamboozled and youv'e just read my story!

Please don't make the same mistake.  As they say, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.

Some names to be leary of: Daylynn (has a Director title), Victor (assistant to Daylynn), Brandon Clark (Daylynn's boss), TJ Felman (my coach), Alexandra York (one of 3 interviewers), Trevor (instructor in many of the webinars I was instructed to watch) and Mike Wood (instructor giving help on taking better photos for eBay).  That's all the names I know but I am sure there are a myriad of others waiting to perpetuate this scam.

Good Luck and Be Careful!!

p.s.  In the beginning, I did check the Better Business Bureau about them and there was no information, good or bad.  I should have realized it then!!!  Turns out very recently they had changed their name from New Beginnings Education to 4M Global Education, hence no info on 4M!!  Also, in addition to their Utah address they have a P.O. Box in Boise, Idaho.  Fishy, fishy, fishy!!

p.p.s.  All I want is my money back....

4M Global IS NOT AND NEVER HAS BEEN New Beginnings Education

AUTHOR: admissions - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 23, 2016

It has come to our attention that some how 4M Global is being confused with New Beginnings Education.  For the record these two companies are not owned or affiliated in any way shape or form.  To verify this there are several points to make.  First there are different owners.  This can be found by doing a corporation look up in the state of Utah.  Secondly the addresses are different.  Thirdly the phone numbers are different.  New Beginnings Education has never employed the individuals named in the complaints.  THEY ARE NOT THE SAME COMPANY AND ARE NOT RELATED IN ANY WAY.  New Beginnings Education is proud of the reputation and track record that has been built over the years which is why the Better Business Bureau gives us an A+.  It is not uncommon for consumers to get confused.  It is also not uncommon for companies who dont have a good record to try to piggyback on our good name.  We strive to maintain a good name and offer world class service to our students.  It shouldnt be difficult to realize that competitors will do what they can to hurt our image to benefit themselves.  Verify who you are talking to.  Our toll free number is 1-888-872-2096, the same number that is listed on the Better Business Bureau.  Check out our report at the following link.
